Sir Wilfred's Maui Store Location
Kona coffee has long held a reputation as one of the world's finest coffees. Its rich flavor and full body have drawn acclaim since its origin in 1827. While visiting Europe, King Kamehameha II sent the first coffee trees home to the Hawaiian Islands. Coffee was grown on all the islands until sugar cane and the pineapple took over as Hawaii's cash crops. The Kona coast of the Big Island continued growing coffee because a handful of small farms were started by retired cane workers who were given mountain land unsuitable for sugar production. Today, as sugar mills and pineapple canneries are closing, coffee plantations are re-emerging on all the islands.

Lahaina's Front Street is the most visited shopping area on Maui. Sir
Wilfred's moved to 707 Front Street in January of 2010, lock, stock and
humidors! Only two blocks from Lahaina Harbor and the famous Banyan
Tree, Sir Wilfred's is enjoying the increased foot traffic that Front
Street brings. Yes, the old cowboy moseyed on over to greet all who pass
by. Customers can enjoy coffee by the cup or request a sample of the
day's brew, and buy coffee by the pound. The gift selection has
increased in the new location, with the addition of many items made in
Hawaii.
Some of the most popular items are Exotic lotion and
soap fragrances, Lavender spritzer, Hawaiian Tea, Big Island Bee Honey,
Volcano Spices, Gourmet Sea Salt and Hawaiian Chocolate made with grown
on the Big Island cacao. Big Kahuna cigars are featured as the house
special, hand-rolled in Honduras with Sir Wilfred's specifications. The
three large wall humidors contain cigars in every price range from the
rare OPUS X at $25/cigar to the popular Fuente Curly Head at $4.99"
